Class Cupcake Begins in a Few Weeks...

Well I have done it... I have put up a website advertising my classes and now I hope people will be interested enough to attend...
Supplies have started to arrive and I hope I am ready!!!!

I will (as the website tells you) share all my knowledge about cupcakes... I have spent almost two years researching all I can and I will not be holding back any information... I will give you a goodie bag to take home which includes piping bags and nozzles, cupcake liners in assorted colours, also 4 food colourings to get started with, I will show you techniques, I will give you many recipes and it will all be done in under 3 hours and hopefully it will be comfortable and welcoming in my own home... I will provide cupcakes to decorate and take home... You only need to bring yourself and nothing else...

My website is http://www.classcupcake.com.au/

Let me know what you think... If you think I could add more to the experience please let me know!! Vida x

Re: Fairy Floss - I've eaten it, and it was called Halva when I bought it...as it is here.

Not traditional, but tasty nonetheless. I find it to be much heavier than cotton candy or candy floss, and much tastier too!

Wish I could attend! Your cupcakes are soooo pretty!
I just bought two dozen silicone cups for making cupcakes, and I am in the mood to make some. Easter is coming up, and I really want cup cakes this year for dessert!
Good luck with your classes! :)

Medena, thanks for the support! There are so many people out in blogger world I wish I was closer to but such is life! I did some for easter with little chocolate eggs in the middle and coconut around the edges. Toasted coconut would be great too. I am make 130 cupcakes today for a friends fundraiser and I am really tired!!! Vida x

Good on you Vida for starting this business that you clearly are passionate about.

On a technical front, your cupcake website is rather messy and hard to read. In fact, the phone number is half cut off when I am viewing it in Internet Explorer.

You never got back to me regarding whether you needed/wanted help with your website. Like I said, I'm not that good, but have friends that may want to do it, possibly as a set fee job. A friend has just started a business doing websites, so let me know if you are interested. I can put him in contact with you.

Oh, if you decide to get him to do your website, I want a spotters fee of 6 cupcakes hahahaha.

Thanh, thank you, and is it the pretty pinks one you said you wanted six of?!?!?!?! Vida x
