She had done work experience at one of Australia's most renowned restaurants and picture below was taken there... she had 20 friends join her for some dinner and lots of giggles... 
These were for a girl called Em who celebrated her 21st last weekend... 
She wanted purple, pink and green as a theme...
I tried to vary the styles a bit...
I got lots of praise and my cupcakes were a hit...

Ooooh cupcake heaven.
I have a question for you, Cupcake Queen, how do you transport cupcakes around without the frosting getting all ruined. I find that whenever I take transport any cupcakes, even my simple plain frosting gets smudged onto the adjoining cupcake and gets wrecked. Or is the frosting you use a bit more solid and can take a bit of bumping?
Thanh, there are lots of tricks of the trade... this is why there is the need to run classes!!! Anyway there are specially cut out boxes and containers that have small circles cutout where the cupcakes fit... there is also the use of sprinkles on the edges to not show any little bumps... also a tidy up prior to set up, this is why there is a charge for delivery and set up and it's why cupcakes are so expensive because they are such high maintenance little divas that require A LOT of work before during and after events!!
