Las Chicas...
My cupcakes are now available at Las Chicas in Carlisle Street, Balaclava... a short distance from home and my favourite St Kilda haunt...

Congratulations. Did you see that Crabapple went into voluntary administration on the 2nd? Wonder what happened as they were featured in the Australian the friday before.

I see Duncan's announced that Crab Apple Bakery at Prahran Market has closed. They are in Liquidation with Pitcher Partners as administrators. Wanna buy some equipment???? Nudge-nudge-wink-wink!
Ed, thanks, re: Crabapple, I had no idea! I did her class at the beginning of the year and she seemed to be thriving, booked out for months in advance, a huge factory and talk of opening up in Vic Market so I am totally shocked!
Cindy, thanks, yes revamped the site and it's heaps better... classes are fun and I love that I supply my two favourite cafes in the country! I am blessed!
Sticky, I owe the bulk of it to you!! Drop by for coffee, yeah I do that daily but since I started supplying I am scared to go in!! I had no idea Crababpple was in strife! She has been doing it for 8 years and she seemed to be doing so well! I guess we never know what goes on behind closed doors!
