This is something I cooked pre-blog days so it was winter and it was appropriate and delicious...
I used my father's beautiful apples from the farm...
And the last of his raspberries I had left in my freezer...
Sorry to say I did not take a photo of the final/cooked product so I am randomly showing a photo of a pancake stack that I took with me to a dear friend's dinner as my contribution... I had filled it with grated chocolate, nutella and grated walnuts. I alternated the three and I topped it with chocolate sauce and cream and the hostess kindly served it up swirling the chocolate sauce and cream and made it look great... AGAIN I did not take photos so please feel free to use your imagination!!!!!! P.S. I will get better at this blogging capper, just give me some time...........

Frambuesa... not possitive on the spelling but that is it I think. My father (passed away) has a farm (campo) and he grew them and the apples too, cherries, and most fruit too... I cook the apples and raspberries together and make a sort of biscuit top for them and bake in the oven... very nice in winter, serve hot with ice cream on top... Vida x

I like so frambuesas Vida, here are cost too but at the south of Chile we find good prize when I go there a bring freezen franbuesas!!!Gloria
Thank you Gloria, we are going to the Fiesta on Saturday. Frambuesas are expensive here too but too good so I must have them. I was lucky that my wonderful Father grew these on his farm and I put many in the freezer for later. Vida
